Billing

Plans and payment.

Squadron is prepaid. You pay for 30 days up front, by card (your team starts right away) or by bank wire or ACH to our Mercury account (your team starts when the transfer lands). It never bills you after the fact: when a period's prepaid amount is used, your team pauses and we email you a top-up invoice. You are never upgraded automatically.

Plans

Prepaid for 30 days. Nothing renews by itself. Payments are final and not refunded, except where the law requires it.

Extra voice minutes

On Basic, Pro and Command Center, extra minutes cost $0.25 each, prepaid in blocks of 100, and a block adds to your current paid period without renewing. On Battalion, minutes beyond 10,000 draw on prepaid overage credit at Squadron's cost plus 1¢ a minute.
